We are seeking two energetic and reliable Sales & Service Associates to join our team based in Fuvahmulah.
The selected candidates will work closely with our sales and service delivery divisions, handling customer calls and coordinating orders
for our food and beverage outlets
Dreams Diner and Peprizzo Pizza (located in Male' and Hulhumale')

Attend incoming customer calls via 3CX or similar VoIP phone systems using headset/mic.
Handle product and service-related queries professionally in both English and Dhivehi.
Assist customers with menu inquiries, order placements, and delivery coordination
Enter sales and service requests into an online sales and operations portal.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Care, and Delivery Operations to ensure seamless customer experience.
Provide clear, timely updates to customers about their order or service status.
Maintain accurate logs and records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team when needed
Ensure all work is completed in line with the company's quality and communication standards

Must be based in Fuvahmulah and willing to work from our office
Proficient in using computers, with strong experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable using multiple monitors/screens
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
Comfortable speaking for extended periods on calls using a headset.
Experience in customer service, telesales, or food delivery coordination is a plus.
